Ordering & Customization
Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can place an order by filling out our order form. Please provide details such as cake size, flavor, design, and any inspo photos.
Q: How can I get a quote?

Please note that responses may take a few days, depending on our schedule.
Q: How far in advance should I order?
A: We recommend placing your order at least 1-2 weeks in advance, as availability is limited. Rush orders may be accommodated depending on the schedule. Orders placed less than 6 days before pickup will be considered rush orders and will incur a $20 rush fee, depending on our schedule.
Q: Do you offer custom designs?
A: Yes! We specialize in custom cakes. Please share any reference photos and details so we can create a unique cake for you.
Q: Can I request an exact replica of a design?
A: We use inspo photos as a reference, but each cake is handmade and may have slight variations. We cannot replicate another artist’s work exactly.
Q: Do you make bento cakes or smash cakes?
A: Bento cakes are only available during special occasions, and smash cakes are available as an add-on when you order a main cake.
Pricing & Payment
Q: How much do your cakes cost?
A: Pricing varies based on size, design complexity, and flavor. Our base prices start at $100 for 6" cakes, $130 for 8" cakes. Additional fees may apply for larger sizes, premium flavors, extra details, additional colors, or intricate designs.
Q: How do I pay?
A: After you submit the order form and finalize the design, we will send you an invoice. Full payment must be made within 2 days of receiving the invoice. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received. Payment instructions will be provided with the invoice.
Q: What is your cancellation/refund policy?
A: Cancellation after payment will incur a $30 cancellation fee.

Pickup & Storage
Q: Where do I pick up my cake?
A: Pickup is in Buena Park, 90621. Exact pickup location will be shared after your order is confirmed.
Q: Can I pick up my cake earlier or later than scheduled?
A: Please let us know at least one day in advance if you need a time adjustment. We may not always be able to accommodate last minute changes.
Q: How should I store my cake?
A: Cakes should be kept in the fridge and taken out 15-20 minutes before serving for the best texture. They can last 2-3 days refrigerated, but we recommend enjoying them on the day you pickup.
Other Questions
Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: We currently offer pickup only for single-tier cakes.
For wedding cakes or large event cakes, delivery is available. The delivery fee starts at $75 (includes 15 miles), with an additional $2 per mile (one way) after that. Please note that long-distance deliveries may not be possible, and availability may also depend on our schedule.
Q: Do you offer allergen-free cakes?
A: Our cakes contain dairy, eggs, gluten, and other common allergens. We do not offer allergen-free cakes at this time.
Q: Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
A: Minor changes may be made if requested at least 5 days before pickup, but major design changes may not be possible.
Q: Do you provide candles?
A: Yes! We provide one candle and a cake knife with each order.
