- Please make a reservation at least 7 days in advance!  Please understand that there are a limited number of cakes that can be made daily. Expedited orders will incur a $20 fee.

- Order will be confirmed once we receive full payment. Submitting an order form DOES NOT secure timeslots.

- Orders with payment not made within 48 hours will be canceled.

- All cakes are handmade, so there may be natural imperfections such as cream lining or bubbles, slight color bleeding, and uneven piping, meaning the cake may not look 100% identical to the inspiration photos or design references provided.

- If you have any specific designs that you would like, please describe the design as much as possible with details.

- Dark color icing may taste bitter due to the food coloring and may stain your tongue/mouth.

- Color smudging, water condensation, and sinking may occur over time depending on temperature/humidity.

- If you choose a lighter color for icing, the cake sheet may be visible.

-Handling and Transport: Please carefully read the information. JenG Cake cannot be held liable for damage caused by incorrect handling or transportation once the purchase is in the customer's possession or in the care of an external courier organized by the customer.

-Proper Placement: Place the cake upright on a flat nonslip surface. Ensure it is not tilted, stacked, or sliding.

-Temperature Considerations: it's advisable to turn on your AC to prevent melting. Prolonged journeys may soften the icing, so avoid leaving the cake outside the fridge for over 30 minutes unless it's time to serve. Also, avoid rough roads and sharp turns.

-Prompt Refrigeration: Transfer the cake to the refrigerator as soon as possible after receiving it. Keep the cake away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

-Shelf Life: The recommended shelf life is 5 days in the fridge (without fruits) and 3 days in the fridge (with fresh fruits)

- JenG Cake is not responsible for any damage that occurs after pick-up.

- All cakes are made to be ready by pick-up time. Therefore, there is a possibility that the cake will not be ready if you come earlier than the scheduled pick-up time. 

- Please make sure you are ON TIME for pickup. Please note that we might not always be able to wait in case of tardiness, and rescheduling may be necessary. If you're unable to pick up the cake yourself, you can arrange for someone else or an Uber to collect it, but please notify me in advance.

- If a third party is picking up the cake, this party needs to provide all of the appropriate information. We are not liable for damage after the product has been picked up. 

- Please check your cake at the time of pickup. Minor adjustments can be made on-site if needed, but once the cake has left our premises, further changes may not be possible.
